Ingredients:

🔶500g tilapia fillets, cut into small pieces

🔶1 tsp garlic paste

🔶1 tsp ginger paste

🔶1 tsp red chili powder

🔶1 tsp coriander powder

🔶1/2 tsp turmeric powder

🔶1/2 tsp cumin powder

🔶1/2 tsp garam masala powder

🔶1/2 tsp salt

🔶1/4 cup lemon juice

🔶1/4 cup all-purpose flour

🔶1/4 cup corn flour

🔶1/4 cup breadcrumbs

🔶Oil, for deep-frying

Instructions:

⚫In a mixing bowl, combine the garlic paste, ginger paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well.

⚫Add the fish pieces to the marinade and mix well, ensuring that each piece is coated with the marinade. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

⚫In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, corn flour, and breadcrumbs.

⚫Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.

⚫Take the marinated fish pieces and coat them in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess flour.

⚫Once the oil is hot, carefully place the fish pieces in the oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.

⚫Remove the fried fish from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain off any excess oil.

⚫Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

•1 pound pizza dough

•Cornmeal (for dusting)

Instructions:

• Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven to preheat as well.


• Dust a work surface with cornmeal. Roll out the pizza dough into a circle using a rolling pin. If you don't have a rolling pin, you can use your hands to stretch the dough out.


• Place the pizza dough on a pizza pan or a baking sheet. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1/2 inch border around the edge.


• Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the pizza sauce.


• Add your desired toppings, spreading them evenly over the cheese.
